About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior IT Sales Executive with solid experience in B2B IT Sales and Enterprise Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing enterprise clients, and closing deals for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, email campaigns, and field visits.

Identify and connect with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and other decision-makers.

Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sell IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, NOC, SOC, and Managed IT Services.

Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.

Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team for proposals and presentations.

Handle RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and GeM opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Update CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Travel across Delhi-NCR and PAN India as required.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Enterprise Sales.

Experience in selling IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.

Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.

Good understanding of IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Experience dealing with enterprise, government, or PSU clients is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Existing enterprise/client network will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Graduation is mandatory; MBA is preferred.

Preferred Exposure

Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware or similar technologies will be an advantage.
