Cutting Manager

Location: Tirupur | Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Garment Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Cutting Manager to manage our cutting department and ensure smooth, accurate and timely cutting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cutting operations and production planning.
- Operate and manage automatic cutting machines.
- Handle fabric spreading, marker planning and cutting.
- Ensure accurate cutting with minimum fabric wastage.
- Coordinate with CAD, production, stores and merchandising teams.
- Monitor cutting quality, productivity and fabric consumption.
- Manage cutting team and manpower.
- Ensure cut panels are delivered to production on time.
- Maintain daily cutting and fabric consumption reports.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in garment cutting.




- Hands-on experience with automatic cutting machines is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of fabric spreading, markers and cutting.
- Experience with knitwear / T-shirts preferred.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of fabric utilization and wastage control.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu (Tiruppur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- CNC laser cutting: 5 years (Required)
