PositionCustomer Support Executive – Chat & Voice
Location: Hubballi, Karnataka
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Languages: English + Hindi + Kannada preferred
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through chat and voice
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve issues professionally and within the required time
- Follow up with customers when required
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain chat and voice support quality standards
Requirements• Any Degree
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with both chat and voice support
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
- Freshers are welcome to apply
