About the Internship

Join our Customer Support team and gain hands-on experience by supporting real customers on live software products. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who want practical exposure to customer support operations in a professional work workplace.

Unlike classroom training or dummy projects, interns will work alongside experienced customer support executives and learn how to handle real customer interactions.

What You Will Work On

- Support customers using live software products.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and support channels.
- Understand and resolve customer issues.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain customer support records and follow-up updates.
- Learn customer communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the Product, QA, and Development teams.
