we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Adwait Farms. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, orders, feedback, and providing excellent customer service through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-store communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, offers, and membership-related queries.
- Take and coordinate customer orders for fruits, vegetables, grocery, bakery, dairy, dry fruits, and other products.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales, billing, delivery, and store teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, replacements, and refunds.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collect customer feedback and share important suggestions with management.
- Inform customers about new products, offers, promotions, and membership benefits.
- Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience.




- Support customer retention and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office, WhatsApp, and customer management systems.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer support, retail, supermarket, e-commerce, or hospitality will be an advantage.
