We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Safety with real estate exposure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management, with a focus on real estate operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for real estate properties
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide safety training to employees and contractors
Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents
Collaborate with management to create a secure and secure work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management, preferably in real estate
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
