You will be a critical contributor to an ambitious strategic initiative aimed at
re envisioning a broad suite of enterprise level applications. You will ensure
the quality, reliability, and performance of software delivered by the
development team through a balanced blend of automated and manual testing.
Beyond validating functionality, you will champion company standards, continuous
improvement, and a culture of quality across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that software
solutions align with user needs, business goals, and performance expectations.
This role demands hands-on engineering capabilities, a high degree of ownership,
and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy and Planning
Develop, execute,



and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional,
integration, regression, and performance scenarios.
Translate business and technical requirements into meaningful manual and
automated test cases.
Provide actionable feedback to Business Analysts to ensure requirements are
clear, testable, and traceable.
Define and evolve the overall automation strategy aligned with enterprise
standards and release cadence.
Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities in collaboration with
Product and Engineering leads.

Automation Framework Development
Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
Integrate tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
pipelines and ensure fast feedback.
Work closely with DevOps to optimize pipeline execution, parallelization of
test execution, and environment provisioning.

Quality Metrics and Reporting
Define key performance indicators (K
