Randstad is looking at hiring a Vice President for Finance Division at a Mid Senior Level who reports to Managing Director.
About the Role
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
Proven experience in handling banking relationships and financial institutions. Fund Raising Experience will be the mandatory Role
Strong experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Solid leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic financial planning and business partnering.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and growth-oriented setting.
