Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive – Finance & Investment to manage financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and investment-related management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate financial insights, developing dashboards, monitoring key business metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
Develop and maintain management dashboards and financial reports.
Analyse Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Generate revenue, profitability, and expense reports.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all management reports.
Standardise reporting formats across departments.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.
Prepare budget vs. actual variance reports.
Monitor departmental budgets and spending.
Support forecasting of revenue, expenses,



and cash flow.
Identify financial trends and recommend corrective actions.

Investment & Financial Analysis
Perform ROI, IRR, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis.
Prepare investment performance reports and financial models.
Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.
Analyze capital expenditure proposals and business expansion opportunities.
Assist management with strategic financial decision-making.

Business Performance Analysis
Monitor business KPIs and operational performance.
Analyze product, category, and channel profitability.
Track revenue growth, margins, and operating costs.
Identify prospects to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Prepare executive summaries and business performance reports.

Cash Flow & Working Capital
Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports.
Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital.
