Providing Sales Configurator training to recent users and refresher training to existing users.




Maintaining Sales Configurator for business units.

Primary responsibilities

Primary responsibilities

Profile - CRM Power user
Providing CRM training to current users and refresher training to existing users.
Maintaining records UpToDate in CRM for real time output.
Co-ordinating with Sales Support team to update the prospects for sales review meetings.
Creating reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
User management for ACGE in CRM (co-ordination with HR)
Account management in CRM across ACG (co-ordination with finance & IT)
Chance management in CRM.
Resolving CRM related issues with the help of CRM Administrator through Issue tracker.
Creating Automation processes in CRM with help of Administrator.
Monitoring integration between SAP & CRM.
