CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Maintain visual merchandising standards across multiple stores.
Plan and execute store layouts, product displays, and window displays.
Implement seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
Conduct regular VM audits and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors for props, printing, and display materials.
Monitor store presentation and customer experience.
Travel within the assigned region to support store operations.

Requirements
Graduate in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Design, or a related field (NIFT preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.




Experience in Furniture, Home Décor, Lifestyle, Retail Apparel, or Premium Retail preferred.
Solid understanding of store layouts, planograms, window displays, and seasonal merchandising.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable travelling 10–15 days per month within the assigned region.
