Role & responsibilities
Learn and understand the US Medical Billing process.
Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies.
Review claims for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Follow up on pending and denied insurance claims.
Correct and resubmit rejected or denied claims.
Update billing information and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Positive typing speed and data entry skills.
Positive written and verbal communication in English.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Candidates with basic knowledge of Medical Billing will have an added advantage.
