Qualification
Any degree & stream ( Diploma / B.E. Mechanical is prefered)
Job Summary Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines to manufacture precision-machined valve components with high accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Create CNC programs (G-Code & M-Code) for VMC machines.
Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Select tooling and machining parameters.
Optimize cycle time and machining sequence.
Conduct program prove-outs and trial runs.
Modify existing programs for productivity improvements.
Support production during machining.
Coordinate with Quality and Production departments.
