Role Objective

Understand sales techniques by observing sales staff, acquire product knowledge and support in completing the sales transaction of Malabar Watches.

Sales and Customer
Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
Learn & understand the sales procedures and acquire product knowledge.
Be punctual in the work, strictly follow the code of conduct of the company and get familiar with personnel duties.
Observe sales representatives and emulate their sales management processes to meet set targets.
Help superiors in sales and follow their instructions.
To proactively identify and assist the Sales executives and other managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner.
Demonstrates models and Introduce various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.
Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction.
Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section.
Learn billing procedures.
Learn about various model names, brand names etc.




Take initiative to learn the latest trends in the market.

Stock
Help superiors in counting the stock daily by recording the opening stock and closing stock in the section.

Work area & Display
Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products free from dust and dirt.
Make sure that the items are handled with care.

Functional Responsibilities
To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust.
Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and assist in addressing with the right solution.

Adhere to cost savings practices undertaken in the store
