ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role will be responsible to:
Must have knowledge about TNI,TNA.
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization and conduct the training as per the analysis and requirement of the organization.
Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met.
Research recent training materials and supplies that might enhance the training procedures and provide value to the employees.
Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training.




Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
Effectively manage the training budget.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Positive knowledge of Power Point Presentation
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Male candidate preferred
Preferable from Retail or Consumer Electronics Industry
