Role & responsibilities
Generate recent B2B leads and identify business prospects for corporate training solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, L&D; Managers, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Understand client training requirements and recommend customized corporate training programs.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and nurture existing client accounts for renewals and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.

13 years of B2B sales experience.

Candidates with experience selling AI-powered learning platforms, digital learning solutions, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or corporate upskilling solutions will have an added advantage.
