Position: STP / ETP Engineer
Location: Jaipur,Rajastan
Experience: 3 to 7 Years (Relevant Experience Preferred)
Salary:25,000 45,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals with solid expertise in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing plant operations, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Essential Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in STP/ETP operations.
Solid understanding of wastewater treatment processes and plant equipment.
Ability to manage plant operations with minimal supervision.
Mandatory Skills
STP and ETP plant operation and maintenance.
Knowledge of biological and chemical treatment processes.
Monitoring and control of BOD, COD, pH, TSS, MLSS, DO, and other water quality parameters.
Chemical dosing calculations and process optimization.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, blowers, motors, and dosing systems.




Troubleshooting operational and mechanical issues.
Preparation of operational reports and maintenance records.
Compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of STP/ETP facilities.
Monitor treatment performance and maintain required output quality.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain daily logbooks, chemical consumption records, and plant reports.
Coordinate with laboratory teams for sample testing and analysis.
Implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.
Ensure all environmental norms and safety procedures are followed.
Preferred Candidates
Experience in Municipal STP, Industrial ETP, FSTP, or Water Treatment Projects.
Knowledge of PLC/SCADA-based plant operations.
Experience in handling government or industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
Solid leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills
