Purpose/Objective To provide practical exposure and on-the-job training in mining operations while supporting day-to-day activities related to mine planning, drilling, blasting, production, safety, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in daily mine production and operational activities.
Support supervision of drilling, blasting, excavation, loading, and transportation activities.
Monitor compliance with mine safety standards and statutory regulations.
Maintain shift-wise production and equipment utilization records.
Assist in geological observations and grade control activities.
Participate in mine surveys, data collection, and reporting.
Coordinate with contractors and operational teams for smooth execution of mining activities.




Support implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety trainings and toolbox talks.

Technical Competencies Exposure to Mining Software,Knowledge of DGMS Rules,Understanding of Mine Development & Production Activities,Mine Safety Management and Hazard Identification

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: B.

tech in Mining Experience: 4+ years of experience requires in mining.
