Role Description The Volunteer role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The volunteer will assist with daily operations, including organizing activities, supporting events, and helping coordinate services for community members.

Responsibilities may include welcoming visitors, maintaining records, distributing materials, and providing logistical support to program leads. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, following organizational guidelines, and ensuring that all participants are treated with respect and fairness. Volunteers are expected to be dependable, proactive, and willing to take on varied tasks as needs arise.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly in English (and local languages where possible), both in person and in writing.
Robust interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening,



and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
Basic computer literacy (email, documents, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new tools or systems used by the organization.
Demonstrated commitment to community service, social impact, or nonprofit work; prior volunteering or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
