2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Payroll, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance.
Process end-to-end monthly payroll, including Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, accurately and within timelines.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
Maintain employee records, payroll data, and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel; hands-on experience with Keka HRMS will be an added advantage.
