HR Recruiter Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and specialize in recruiting for construction engineering profiles. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Candidates who are working or worked with the Recruitment agencies are Preferred

Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through job portals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.





Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Selection

Handle 3 to 6 recruitments per month.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction engineering field.

Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications against job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.

Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates are those who are currently working or have previously worked with recruitment consultancy firms.

Any Bachelors degree.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or even freshers with robust communication skills.

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 to 30 days will be preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary

Salary range: 40,000 to 60,000 per month

Incentive range: 1,000 to 5,000
