We are hiring Welders with up to 1 year of experience to perform welding and fabrication work as per production requirements. Candidates should have basic welding knowledge, attention to quality, and willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, ARC, or TIG welding as per job requirements.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
Prepare and assemble metal parts before welding.
Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / SSLC with welding experience.
Fresher to 1 year of experience in welding.
Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, or ARC welding.
Ability to use measuring tools and welding equipment.
Positive teamwork and willingness to work in shifts.
