Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or Gas welding as per job requirements.
Cut, fit, and join metal parts using welding equipment.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
Repair damaged metal structures and equipment.
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Ensure work is completed according to production schedules.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality inspectors to meet production and quality standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas welding.
Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.




Familiarity with welding tools and measuring instruments.
Valuable understanding of fabrication processes.
Solid attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification
ITI Welder or equivalent technical qualification.
1–5 years of welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication (preferred).
