Job Description:

Candidates should have completed any of the following:
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial/Production Engineering

Skills & Competencies
Understanding of production processes & machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic knowledge of quality checks & safety standards
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer operation skills
Robust communication & discipline
Teamwork and positive work attitude

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily production operations and machine operation
Monitor process parameters to ensure quality output
Maintain accurate production documentation & reports
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments
Support assembly-line tasks as required

Experience in manufacturing or assembly-line operations is preferred.

Willing to work in shift-based schedules
Physically fit for shop-floor activities
Solid work ethic and professionalism
