We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Manager for our Siliguri operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidates with experience in the elevator/lift industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business opportunities in the assigned region through field visits, client meetings, and relationship building
Understand client requirements and offer tailored elevator solutions
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, installation, service) for smooth project execution




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales (elevator/lift industry experience preferred)
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Proven track record in B2B sales
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
