Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details. Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization. Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is a company representative who uses the phone to generate sales or leads. Their responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, answer questions, and schedule appointments
Managing incoming calls:



Resolving customer concerns and organizing customer information
Generating leads: Finding recent sales prospects and establishing connections with clients
Meeting sales targets: Staying updated on market trends and identifying customer needs
Maintaining records: Keeping daily call records and submitting progress reports

Telecallers should have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, and be able to adapt to challenging situations. They should also have a firm understanding of the company's products or services, and be able to listen and solve problems.
