Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand market share.
Lead and manage daily operations across departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Drive business development initiatives to explore recent markets and revenue streams.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in coordination with the finance team.
Build and lead high-performing teams; mentor department heads and ensure continuous improvement.




Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Represent the company at events, client meetings, and other key business functions.
Report regularly to executive leadership on business progress and strategic challenges.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in business leadership or senior management roles.
Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Robust leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
