Role/ Job Title: Lead Projects – Credit Card (Recent Platform & Solutions)

Function/ Department: Credit Cards

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage projects related to the development and implementation of recent credit card platforms and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post graduation: Any post-graduation

Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience

Age Criteria: 30 - 38
