Role & responsibilities
Deliver engaging and concept-based Physics lessons for CBSE Classes XI &
XII.
Prepare students for NEET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced examinations.
Develop integrated lesson plans combining CBSE curriculum with competitive exam preparation.
Simplify complex Physics concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and problem-solving techniques.
Conduct regular classroom assessments, unit tests, mock tests, and full-length examinations.
Prepare Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), assignments, worksheets, and question banks.
Analyze student performance and provide personalized mentoring and remedial support.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and effective study techniques.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and performance reports.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to enhance teaching quality.
Participate in parent meetings, faculty development programs, and school academic activities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification
M.Sc. Physics / M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech (Relevant specialization)
B.Ed.

Additional coaching experience for NEET/JEE is highly desirable.

Experience
Minimum 35 years of experience teaching Physics for NEET/JEE.
Experience handling CBSE Classes XI &
XII.
Proven success in mentoring students for competitive entrance examinations.

Required Skills
Solid command of Mechanics, Electricity &
Magnetism, Contemporary Physics, Thermodynamics, Waves &
Optics.
Excellent conceptual teaching and numerical problem-solving abilities.
Thorough knowledge of the latest NEET and JEE examination patterns and syllabus.
Effective classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire students.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online learning platforms.
