Job Description:
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy and schedule to maximize the uptime of equipment and facilities.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, including training, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend the lifespan of critical equipment.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Coordinate and conduct repairs and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment when issues arise.
Asset Management: Manage the maintenance of various assets, including pumps, reactors, tanks, instrumentation, and utility systems.
Spare Parts Inventory: Maintain an effective inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure quick replacements and minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. Implement safety protocols, conduct training, and investigate and report incidents.




Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and cost reduction initiatives.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for specialized maintenance services and equipment procurement.
Environmental Compliance: Ensure that maintenance practices meet environmental regulations and sustainability goals, particularly in handling hazardous materials.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules, quality control, and safety protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Identify prospects for process and equipment improvements, reliability enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives.
