(JD) MRP Labels Compliance Check in Warehouse

Position: Warehouse Executive / Store Associate – MRP Label Compliance

Department: Warehouse / Logistics

Purpose of Role: Ensure all products stored and dispatched from the warehouse comply with MRP labeling requirements as per company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Verify MRP labels on all inbound and outbound products.
Check label accuracy, including:
MRP (Maximum Retail Price)
Manufacturing date
Batch/Lot number
Expiry date (where applicable)
Product description and SKU details
Identify products with missing, damaged, incorrect, or unreadable labels.
Segregate non-compliant inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Maintain compliance records and inspection checklists.
Coordinate with quality, procurement, and operations teams to rectify labeling issues.
Ensure relabeled products meet company and regulatory standards before release.
Conduct periodic warehouse audits for label compliance.




Support inventory and stock verification activities.
Follow warehouse safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills
Knowledge of MRP labeling requirements and inventory management.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify compliance gaps and take corrective actions.
Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS/ERP systems.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
MRP labeling compliance rate (%).
Number of labeling discrepancies identified and resolved.
Audit compliance score.
Accuracy of inspection and compliance records.
Reduction in dispatch delays due to labeling issues.

Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or quality compliance experience preferred.
