Role Description Job Title Wholesale Manager - Inventory Funding Business Unit RA Tractor Finance Reporting To Product Manager Job Function and Role Type Product, Individual Contributor, Light Travel Version No 2.0 Job Purpose Manage manufacturer relationships, enhance brand visibility, and ensure seamless business operations through effective coordination and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas Manufacturer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers
Coordinate with manufacturers for recent business proposals and limit reviews
Ensure adoption of digital tools in dealer finance
Provide special support for month-end, urgent, and festival season billing
Billing and Transaction Management
Oversee smooth functioning of the indent clearance process
Collaborate with credit, operations, supply chain, and BTG teams for seamless business flow
Provide best-in-class services to channel partners and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Support and Query Management
Support sales teams by addressing queries and providing solutions
Monitor key parameters like deferrals,



TAT, delinquency, and overdues to improve portfolio performance
Roll out specific MIS for stressed portfolios and SOT accounts
MIS and Reporting
Provide accurate and timely MIS on key business parameters to senior management
Update teams on policy changes, recent policies, and critical communications
Complaint and Audit Management
Handle MD complaints and CRM escalations
Resolve audit queries and coordinate with regions for compliance
Process Efficiency and System Enhancement
Monitor login desk and address FTNR issues
Work with BTG on innovation and new process flows
Implement process-related changes within stipulated timeframes. Current process flow as system enhancement.

Education Graduation, Post-Graduation preferred.
