Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including supervising HVAC technicians and ensuring work quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling and delegating tasks, troubleshooting and resolving issues in HVAC systems, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The role will also involve ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any service concerns swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.




Technical expertise in HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
Robust Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Customer Service skills to effectively address client concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
Relevant certification or training in HVAC systems is a robust advantage.
Experience in similar roles within the HVAC industry is preferred.
