Role & responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Wire EDM machines for precision component manufacturing.
Program Wire EDM machines to ensure accurate and high-quality machining.
Independently perform machine setup, programming, and production operations.
Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of Wire EDM machines.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.
Operate and maintain Spark Erosion (EDM Sinking/Sparking) machines when required.
Work effectively on custom and non-standard components.





Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Wire EDM Programmer & Operator.
Solid knowledge of Wire EDM machine programming and operation.
Experience with EDM Sparking (Sinker EDM) machine operation.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
