 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
 Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.




 Collaborate with leadership to renew, extend, or expand client mandates.
 Develop and maintain client feedback loops to identify improvement areas.
 Uphold confidentiality and data integrity across all client interactions.hip Management
