About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and e-commerce logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and coordination with warehouse and logistics partners to achieve timely deliveries and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing across Shopify and online marketplaces.
Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL/logistics partners for timely order dispatch.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays.
Handle RTO (Return to Origin), NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and reverse logistics.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels.
Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds.




Track key operational KPIs such as TAT (Turnaround Time), RTO%, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
Prepare operational reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics operations.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and courier aggregator platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
