Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Manage customer queries and provide proper guidance on Resineera’s resin art products and raw materials.
- Handle inquiries and orders for raw materials, including offline purchases and online orders.
- Follow up with leads received through the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and advertising campaigns.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team for order processing, packing, dispatch, and customer updates.
- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, orders, follow-ups, and sales.
- Assist in managing raw material inventory, including stock checking, updating stock records, and identifying low-stock items.
- Coordinate inventory requirements for both offline customers and online orders.




- Maintain good customer relationships and provide support before and after sales.
- Assist with basic billing, order entries, and other day-to-day sales and inventory-related activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, inventory, and operations teams.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident in calling and customer handling
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
