Position Chat Support Executive Job

Details - Employment Type: Full-Time

- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
- Shift: Rotational (24×7) Key Responsibilities - Provide prompt and professional support to customers via chat.
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service quality guidelines.

Eligibility

Criteria - 12th Pass and Graduates can apply.

- Freshers are welcome.




- Candidates with Fresher or more of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

- Chat Simulation
- Operations Interview Assessment Criteria - Versant: Level 3 or above
- Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- AMCAT: Assessment will be conducted for proctoring purposes.
