Role Description The Customer Relationships Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the customer experience and strengthening client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with customer inquiries, providing basic customer support, and helping ensure customer satisfaction across multiple channels. The intern will document customer interactions, gather feedback, and support the team in analyzing trends to improve service quality.





Additional responsibilities may include preparing customer-facing communications, updating CRM records, and collaborating with team members to enhance processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
- Ability to contribute to Customer Satisfaction initiatives by understanding client needs and following through on issue resolution.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly and respectfully with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns, and support improvements in processes and service quality.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with good time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of IT or online services and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage.
