Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to support the sales team, manage customer interactions, and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments. The role involves handling client communication, order processing, and tracking sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with the internal sales team for order processing and updates

● Liaise with the plant team to ensure timely dispatches against confirmed orders

● Communicate with clients and follow up on orders, inquiries, and requirements

● Coordinate with sales officers and customers regarding tenders, purchase orders (POs), and payment follow-ups

● Prepare quotations, maintain MIS reports, and track dispatch status

● Ensure seamless communication flow between departments

● Manage customer interactions, address queries,



and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

● Follow up on leads generated by the sales team and ensure proper closure Additional

Responsibilities:

● Travel to meet customers as and when required

● Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Business Head to achieve business objectives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
