- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle sales, service, test rides and deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Make reminder calls for periodic vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Contact customers for service due reminders and follow-up requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned sales/service team for resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/DMS.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls after vehicle delivery and service.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, new models and dealership promotions.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through effective customer engagement.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, customer feedback and conversions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Spare Parts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 2-wheeler/automobile dealership preferred.
- Experience as a CRE, Customer Support Executive, Telecaller or Service Coordinator will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada
- Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing and automobile terminology preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM/DMS software.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of local languages along with basic English will be an advantage.
