Role Description The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every client by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store, handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback,



and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsFamiliarity with Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service practicesExcellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiencyProactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining client-centric solutionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused environmentPrior experience in retail, especially luxury or jewellery, is an added advantageBasic proficiency in computer systems and customer management softwareMANDATORY: Prior experience in the hotel industry and customer/ service centric rolesBasic computer and CRM proficiencyOnly hotel industry experienced candidates apply.
