Role Description: The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the AUTOvERA Premium Car Care workshop in Raipur. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, and clearly explaining recommended services, timelines, and costs. The executive will manage customer inquiries, coordinate bookings, follow up on ongoing jobs, and ensure timely communication regarding service status and delivery.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, handling feedback and concerns, supporting insurance claim processes, and contributing to a smooth,



professional front-office experience. The role also includes building long-term relationships with clients, promoting services and offers, and helping maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Client Relations skills to manage interactions effectively and professionally.

- Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills to nurture long-term customer loyalty and trust.

- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain services and handle queries.

- Basic understanding of automotive services or willingness to learn, enabling effective discussion of diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Raipur, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling bookings and records.

- Proficiency with phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools (CRM or spreadsheets) for customer follow-up and documentation.

- Prior experience in customer-facing roles in automotive, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.

- Minimum educational qualification: Higher secondary (12th) or diploma; a graduate degree in business or a related field is beneficial.
