We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, order coordination, follow-ups, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will build robust customer relationships and work closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with existing customers

Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery

Follow up with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics teams

Provide regular order and delivery updates to customers

Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems

Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation

Conduct customer follow-ups and collect feedback

Support the sales team in customer retention and repeat business

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Prepare customer reports, MIS, and follow-up status
