Customer Care Executive

Location: Subhash Nagar, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Requirements:

- Customer care/customer support experience
- Good communication skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and calls
- Maintain customer data and reports in Excel
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with the team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
