Job Description:
Production & Operations Management
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production to achieve targets.
Ensure effective use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Quality & Compliance
Maintain product quality in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and defect reduction.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other applicable standards.
Safety & Workplace
Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations across the plant.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Promote a culture of zero accidents and environmental responsibility.
Maintenance & Equipment Management
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
Plan for equipment upgrades or replacements as required.
Team Leadership & Development




Lead and motivate multi-functional teams in production, maintenance, and quality.
Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.
Foster a performance-driven and cooperative work culture.
Resource & Cost Management
Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining efficiency.
Optimize utilization of raw materials, energy, and manpower.
Implement waste reduction and energy efficiency initiatives.
Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination
Ensure availability of raw materials and manage inventory efficiently.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to avoid production disruptions.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs like OEE, downtime, yield, and production efficiency.
Prepare reports for senior management and recommend improvements.
