Job Description:
Carry out sampling as per sampling Plan.
Carry out analysis as per documented procedure.
Monitor Control Points in QMS &EMS.;
Inform emergency to superiors
Maintain relevant records of QMS &EMS.;
Document the analytical results as per statutory requirement
To carry out Quality Control functions as per standard procedure.
Ensure initializing request for & follow up on corrective & preventive action.
Ensuring Calibration and Inspecting of Test Equipment.
Report deviations to Lab Manager Quality Control
Report to Lab Manager –Quality Control
Report outcome to Lab Manager –Quality Control.
Report deviation to Lab Manager –Quality Control.
Raise alarm in case of non-compliance
Raise alarm in case of non-compliance
Responsible to avoid spillages in the area caused due to routine QC
Responsible for protection of settings of in our area.
To implement ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS in the department
