strategic business goals.
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the core leadership team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve
customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial targets
Developing and improving marketing strategies
Conducting market research to assess trends and brand positioning
Building solid and team-oriented relationships
Monitoring market trends and competitor analysis
Overseeing daily sales activities and designing effective sales strategies
Managing and allocating sales budgets
Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and driving team performance
Preparing sales reports and presenting insights to leadership
Onboarding and managing key stakeholders
Role Overview
The VP – Sales (Diagnostics) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market
presence, and leading sales strategy for diagnostic services including pathology, radiology, and
preventive healthcare offerings.
This role requires strong leadership, channel management, key account handling, and a deep
understanding of the diagnostics ecosystem.
