About the Role

Aerox Industries is a leading manufacturer of aerosol products serving the automotive, industrial, and maintenance sectors. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IndiaMART Sales Executive to manage IndiaMART inquiries, convert leads into customers, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming IndiaMART leads promptly.
Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and share quotations.
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.




Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and industrial buyers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate repeat business.

Required Skills
Experience handling IndiaMART leads (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Good command of Hindi and basic English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, automotive products, chemicals, lubricants, or aerosol products is an added advantage.
