Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR initiatives with the school's mission and IB values.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being
Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and IB regulations
Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement HR initiatives
Provide training and development opportunities for employees
Manage employee data, records, and reports

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field




Proven experience in HR management (preferably in an international school setting)
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and IB regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including employees, administrators, and parents
Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an IB school workplace
Certification in HR management (e.g., CPHR, SHRM-CP)
Knowledge of multiple languages
Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., ManageBac)
